Micron Cartridge Housing units are precision-engineered filtration vessels designed to deliver superior separation efficiency and extended operational life. These housings are specifically engineered to accommodate industry-standard cartridge filters for seamless integration into existing filtration systems.
Featuring a robust construction with optimized flow paths, these housings provide low pressure drop while maintaining exceptional dirt holding capacity. The design incorporates dish tops with quick-closing covers as standard, complemented by flat bolted covers for high-pressure applications, ensuring maximum operational flexibility and system integrity.
Our housings support both Double Open End (DOE) and Single Open End (SOE) cartridges with micron ratings ranging from 1 to 10 microns. Available in carbon steel, rubber-lined, and stainless steel variants, they are suitable for demanding applications across pharmaceuticals, water treatment, dairy, chemicals, and industrial coolants.
All welders are qualified to ASME Section IX standards, ensuring consistent quality and reliability. With positive sealing arrangements to prevent by-passing and multiple end connection options—including screwed NPT/BSP and flanged ANSI/DIN connections—Micron Cartridge Housings deliver dependable filtration performance in the most challenging environments.
